The Premire Services Package provides the Standard Services and gives you even greater access to our core of trained code warriors, and our PMI certified Project Manager. With Premier Service you get nighlty on-site backups to a dedicated backup server on our hardware. This dedicated backup server, with the capacity to provide a full weeks worth of rolling backups for up to 10 GB of your business essential data is designed to complement the weekly off-site backups. Of course all security patchs will be installed as they are relased.

It expands your web presence by adding database connectivity to the Standard Services Java Application Server deployed to service your web transactions, both internally and externally.

At the Premier Services level you also get 10 hours of dedicated technitian time. These 10 hours 'roll-over' for up to 6 months. These dedicated hours can used for application development, database design, web application design and development, Infrastrucure Design and Review, or Project Management Services. These 10 hours of dedicated time, combined with our on-site consultations are the core of our Premier Service offering. With these hours you have an information systems department on retainer, the depth of professional resources provided by Reliable Information Systems at YOUR service. If you have a big project coming up, you can 'save' your hours (up to a maximum of 60).
