Relaible Information Systems provides its clients with a wide range of services, available as packages, or 'a la cart'.

The Standard Services Package provides the Essential Services and gives you access to our core of trained code warriors. With Standard Service you get weekly backups and security patch installation.

It expands your web presence by adding weekly update capability to your external web site and providing for an internal web site hosted on your hardware. Standard Services customers can have a Java Application Server deployed to service their web transactions, both internally and externally. Database connectivity is NOT provided at this level.

At the Standard Services level you also get 8 hours of dedicated technitian time. These 8 hours 'roll-over' for up to 6 months. These dedicated hours can used for application development, database design, or web application design and development. These 8 hours of dedicated time are the core of our standard service offering. With these hours you have an reliable information systems department on retainer, the depth of professional resources provided by Reliable Information Systems at YOUR service. If you have a big project coming up, you can 'save' your hours (up to a maximum of 48).

The Standard level of services does not provide on site consultation, and restricts you to 2 phone consultations per week. The Standard plan does not provide for nightly backup of your business critical data. Most clients would find the loss of a weeks worth of data to be unacceptable.
