The Standard Services Package adds to the protection provided by Essential Services, and gives you access to our core of trained code warriors. With Standard Service you get weekly backups and security patch installation. It expands your web poresence by adding weekly update capability to your web external web site and providing for an internal web site hosted on your hardware. At the Standard Services level you also get 8 hours of dedicated technitian time. These 8 hours 'roll-over' for up to 6 months. These dedicated hours can used for application development, database design, or web application design and development.
The Premier Services Package adds even more flexibility. Your dedicated hours increase to 10 per month (6 month roll-over), and Project Management and Infrastructure design and review are added to services for which the hours may be used. You also get an in-house backup server (hosted on our hardware) that can provide you with a rolling 7 days of backups for up to 12 GB of business critical and business essential data.
